The Imperator 7 is the first to use a completely new carbon fiber fabric that has been developed and tested over many years. With a thinner layer, it clings to the wood core like a sheet of paper. Optimized flow paths mean it uses significantly less resin, making it not only lighter, but also more efficient in terms of stiffness and strength.

With the Imperator 7, CARVED presents an absolute innovation in the twintip sector: With a third of a turn of the grab handle, the rocker of the board can be increased or decreased by 15 millimeters even while riding. At the same time, the flex is reduced in the activated mode - making the board stiffer overall. This results in a significant increase in planing and upwind performance. 

The underwater ship

A double concave, V-shaped keel cuts through the roughest chop and offers incredible grip and superior control. The hand-finished rails have a slightly sharper profile for carving buttery smooth turns. The rocker has been increased by five millimeters and is perfectly matched to the REVO.

High-tech meets Lightwind

The best of the Imperator 7 can also be found in the Imperator 7 LW: the outstanding carving feel, the harmonious interplay of flex and torsional stiffness as well as the high level of smoothness and control.
