Koldshapes HORIZON II

The HORIZON is designed to master high performance freestyle and wakestyle riding. Making it the most advanced board in our range and the weapon of choice of 3x European Champion and KOLD shapes founder Mario Rodwald. However the board still offers a good amount of comfort and flex. For heavier riders this might even be your first step from a freeride board into the freestyle direction as a heavier pilot always wants a stiffer deck.

The slightly harder flex, less torsion and the straighter outline offer immense pop. This allows you to hold the rail for the most precise take off and will give you the extra slack to learn your next unhooked move and improve your big air game. We have added a few millimeters to the CONTINUOUS ROCKER to provide perfect control on your landings.

The ANTI NEGATIVE FLEX STRINGER on top of the board prevents tip diving - a very important feature on this wake style deck. The well-defined ABSORPTION FLEX further enhances the soft landings.

The board feeling comes with a DOUBLE CONCAVE and complex CHANNEL CONSTRUCTION - all supporting the extremely precise of the HORIZON. Just like all our boards the HORIZON arrives without plastic wrapping and is manufactured here in Europe.

The CO2 emissions of the production process are compensated for and we use more sustainable components such as FLAX FIBER. This board goes along perfectly with boots or straps.

The complete board comes with our revolutionary VELCRO ll Binding or the Ratchet Binding including the TOE RIDGE, MEMORY FOAM and AIR DAMPENING PAD. For extra grip or if uncertain choose the standard FREESTYLE 4.5 fins and for a looser feeling we recommend the WAKE 3.0 fins.
